SECRET #7: SETTING THE STAGE
In every Enewsletter, we provide tips on creating great events. This month's tip is "Setting the Stage".

The first place to build your event is in your attendee's imagination. Start "the buzz" by creating an exciting and unique theme and designing your invitation accordingly. The excitement begins months before your event and you will have a more enthusiastic audience which creates a higher attendance rate. Many of our clients incorporate a magical theme for their event since it's exciting and easily ties into their program: "You are the Magic!" "Thanks for the Magical Year!" "Anything is Possible!" "The Magic of Sales!" "A Magical Night of Mystery and Fun!"

On the evening of your event, once again grab your guest's attention before they expect it. Whether at the valet, front gates or foyer, touch them with a continuation of your theme. Many times we provide magical entertainment during a cocktail hour to enhance the mood, build the enthusiasm for our main presentation and set the stage for a magical evening.

"Setting the Stage" is the first step to making your events move from Fun to Fabulous!

In our last Enews we wrote about working on a new piece. The photo above is the unveiling of our latest "Hypnotique" effect. With our group of engineers, mathematicians and evil scientists, we are working on a couple of new mysteries to be revealed soon.
